We do not offer free exchanges, however, when your order is back to us we will re-ship the new parcel free of charge. You can get your new order in 3 easy steps. Please follow all steps below

Step 1 - Return your order to the below address

Note: we are a paperless company, so please do not include any return slips/paper in your package

Step 2 - Email us at help@mysteryboxd.com

Please email our customer support team your tracking number for the parcel you are sending back and details on what you would like in exchange. Please ensure to keep and send your tracking number to us, without this we cannot accept your exchange. 

Step 3 - Receive your new order 

We will then re-ship your new order free of charge within 5 days of getting your parcel back with us.
