TERMS & CONDITIONS - UK ORDERS

Ordering

We reserve the right to refuse or restrict any order.

First Order

For your security, your first order must be delivered to the address where your card is registered. This is to protect you from internet and credit card fraud.

Payments

By Credit & Debit Cards:

We accept all major credit, debit cards and Paypal. Your card will be charged the full value of your order upon authorisation.

Delivery

Our goal is to deliver your order within 1-2 working days from dispatch, subject to stock availability. Please allow 5 working days for delivery before tracking your items.

If you ordered online, you can log in to your 'My Account' section and use the online order history to monitor the progress of your delivery.

We deliver throughout the UK via our courier network, which provides secure deliveries and offers evening and weekend delivery options in many areas. We require 5 working days to raise an inquiry with our couriers if your order is delayed.

International delivery is available for online orders only. 

Delivery Charges

Mystery BOXD Limited charges a standard £2.95 for all UK orders, whether single or multiple items. However, orders over £50 we offer free delivery. 

If we send your order in separate parcels, you will only be charged for one delivery. Please refer to mysteryboxd.com/delivery for enhanced delivery options and costs.

Cancellation Policy

When you buy products online, you are entitled to cancellation rights as detailed below. If you reside within the EU, you are entitled to these rights under the EU directive on Consumer Rights 83/2011. For non-EU residents, we offer the same rights.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the goods. This right does not apply to goods that have been personalised, altered or on sale. This policy does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

To exercise the right to cancel, please provide a clear statement, including your name, geographical address, order details, and, where available, your phone number and email address. You can cancel by:

If you cancel, return the order at your cost within 14 days, and we will reimburse the amount (using the original payment method), we will deduct the delivery fee from the 

Prices

Prices listed at the time of order apply. Due to factors beyond our control, prices may change, including changes in the VAT rate. The correct price will be reflected on your delivery note.

Promotions

Promotional offers (including free gifts and free delivery) apply to UK addresses only. Many promotions have a minimum spend threshold. One promotion per order. Promotional codes must be entered at checkout, we cannot apply discount codes after the order has been placed. 

All promotions have expiry dates, so check validity before placing an order.

Availability

All stock is subject to availability. If an item is delayed beyond 14 days, we will notify you by email or in writing. For orders that requests are made, we cannot guarantee specific items in our mystery boxes but we can exclude a maximum of 3 leagues, teams or colours on items. 

RRP Value 

Our RRP values are based on the average RRP value of our boxes when selling for the full retail price, some boxes may fall over and under this RRP value but average out at the amount given as the RRP.

Returns

For return instructions, visit our Returns page. Items must be returned unworn and in saleable condition, with tags intact. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds

All returned orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
